by Maharana Pratap in 1576. This battle is significant in Indian history as it is considered to be one of the most intense and crucial battles fought between the Mughals and the Rajputs. Maharana Pratap,
the ruler of Mewar, led his forces against the Mughal emperor Akbar's army, which was led by his general, Raja Man Singh. Although the Rajputs were outnumbered, they put up a fierce resistance, and the
battle lasted for several hours. The battle ended in a stalemate, and Maharana Pratap was able to evade capture and continue his struggle against the Mughals. Haldighati remains an important historical site
